These terms apply when you use the Hefest website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
This website is run by Hefest, a studio that makes 3D art for games. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Hefest, and “you” means anyone who uses the site. You can reach us at hello@hefest.studio.
Using the site
You can browse the site, look at our work, and contact us about a project. Please do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
We can change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.
Our work and the artwork on this site
The renders, videos, text, logos and design on this site belong to Hefest or to their owners. The games, characters and brands that appear in our work belong to their owners.
You may look at the artwork and share a link to it. You may not download, copy, edit, resell, or use it to train AI models, and you may not present it as your own work, unless you have our written permission.
Projects and quotes
The site only describes what we do. A message from the contact form, an email, or a quote does not make a contract. Each project is agreed in writing on its own, and that agreement sets the scope, the price, the deadlines and who owns the finished work.
Details such as availability, team size or turnaround times on the site are a general guide and can change.
Store
Products in our store are sold through other marketplaces, such as Fab. When you buy one, you buy it on that marketplace, and its own terms, prices, licences and refund rules apply. We only show the listing here and link to it.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as Fab, X and the platforms where we post our work. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
No guarantees
We try to keep the site accurate and working, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or up to date.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have by law and that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
